General operations administrative support:

Support daily administrative tasks, including: answering mail,
maintaining records, entering data, and maintaining office supplies.

Project:

· Participate in adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Work closely with team members to support various projects and
initiatives.

· Attend team meetings and take notes when necessary.

Coordination

· Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.

· Coordinate logistics for meetings

Report

· Support operations team in conducting report

Data: coordinate with stores to collect information about price, stock,

· Promotion: check catalogues weekly

· Support stores on display item as guideline

Others: Any additional responsibility as and when requiredby operations.

- Students in the 3rdor 4th year of the University/College of related majors
- Excellentproficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
- No experiencerequired
- Hardworking,enthusiastic, diligent, eager to learn
- Love to work with people,detail oriented person.
- Basic communicationEnglish
- Prioritize full- timeinternship or can be off 1- 2 sessions/week depending on the study schedule
- Duration of Internship: 6 months
