[HCM] Solution Architect

* Solution Design:
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and document end- to- end technical solutions that encompass software, hardware, integration, and data architecture.
* Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices and architectural standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance Pizza 4P&039;s technical capabilities.
* Architecture Development:
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and can adapt to changing business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture blueprints and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Solution Implementation:
- Review code and provide technical oversight to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with development teams during the implementation phase to ensure the architectural vision is realized.
* Integration and Data Management:
- Architect data solutions and integration strategies that enable seamless data flow across systems.
- Oversee data modeling, database design, and ETL processes.
* Quality Assurance:
- Define and enforce quality assurance and testing processes to ensure the reliability and security of technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and participate in testing activities.
* Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design patterns, and implementation guidelines.
* Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master&039;s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise in system and software architecture, with the ability to design scalable and resilient solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and security.

- Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect with a minimum of 7 years in designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
