JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing:
• Keep surveyof the latest trend in the market,develop shoppers, competitors survey to ensurebusiness development.
• Policy & procedures: Review of all current internalprocesses and policyrelating to productspecification, supplier contract, import logistics, quality control and develop and enhanceoperational policies and procedures for Loss Prevention, minimize costs and risks.
• Propose/ Select new suppliers and new productswhich satisfy customer’s needs, company policy(ethics, etc.) and Vietnamregulations.
• Ensure productavailability and promotional plan through effectiveimport plan.
• Use all the possible sourcesof information to identify the validated originsand potential new suppliers.
Offering
– Negotiation:
• Propose competitive sourcingsolutions aligned with purchase order annual plan.
• Request for quotationand prices negotiation with suppliers.
Orders Follow- up :
• Anticipate, solve and escalate problemsduring import process.
• Monitor the completion of orders from shipment to arrival with suppliers and other departments.
• Prepare and follow up import orders until finishing selling goods (including category development actionplan & followup).
• Follow- up with HygineQuality Dept to do self- declaration for new SKU listing.
Coordination:
• Manage the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior with solutionsproposal
• Report businessactivity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/ systems.
• Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
• Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
• Coordinate betweensuppliers and customersto achieve best solution for all partiesinvolved.
Supporting the Team:
• Assist the team in sourcing,offering, order follow- upand any other merchandising activities.
• Handle productssamples request, receptionand arrange it in showrooms (when applicable).
• Generate reports and communication tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, reliable team player with high integrity.
Solid background in FMCG / Fresh Food products across global markets
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken)
Strong knowledge of international trade practices and retail business operations
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in international trading, import–export, or related fields
Strong time management, multitasking skills, and ability to work under pressure
