Job Description
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Manage technical and promotional mechanisms, including optimizing coupon distribution, brainstorming user activities, testing coupons to prevent abuse, monitoring budget absorption.
Provide feedback and ensure quality control for campaign assets, including visuals, copy, and motion.
Execute and continuously optimize campaigns across marketing channels, including creating landing pages, push notifications, merchandising emails, and other placements across platforms (App, Mobile Web, Website).
Develop mechanisms and content direction for User programs with the objective to improve Traveloka Customer acquisition, Retention and Growth
Project management & Coordination
Coordinate with outreach marketing channels, including Performance Marketing, Social Media, to increase traffic and optimize Traveloka conversion rate.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Designers, Customer Service, Partnership, Central Platform, Product) to deliver campaign activities on time, optimize traffic and conversion to transaction, and ensure efficient end- to- end execution processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from campaign data to inform future strategies and optimizations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in campaign performance and propose data- driven solutions to address them.
Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, key findings, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
Utilize analytical tools and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns, including but not limited to click- through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
Resourceful in executing and achieving goals.
Fluent in English for communication and project management.
Proficient in data crunching using various analytics tools, including basic formula application in Excel/Spreadsheet software.
Previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a talent for storytelling, is highly advantageous.
1- 2 years of experience in a digital company or familiarity with ecommerce/digital products or having strong business intelligence acumen is also valued.
Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing multiple projects in a fast- paced environment.
