Job Description
By joining our team, you will receive guidance from the Facility Team and contribute to the success of all facility- related activities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare payment requests.
Support the procurement of stationery, office supplies, etc.
Answers phone calls and supports visitors. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure the working environment is always in good condition.
Perform other tasks as assigned when required.
Manage inventories and ensure pantry supplies are consistently available.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and organization of files and documents.
Qualifications
Able to join the internship at least 4 days per week.
Good English skills.
Undergraduate or graduate from a university, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Result- oriented, eager to learn, and possess good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
