JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Planning & Reporting (global account data management)
Support for Customer Market Planning (Volume & Price planning) data entry and analyses within Bosch planning tool
Support for Customer Strategy Meeting (CSM) preparation
Support Acquisition Tracking and Reporting (monthly update of acquisition project information & ISAC plausibility checks) in Bosch planning tool
Automation Activities for Productivity Improvement
Support Sales Coordination for Product Life Cycle Management (Product Release & Cancelation, Zero Volume Analysis)
Support updating information in Bosch Connect Communities
Salesforce support following Commercial Managers’ request
Support CF current forecast if required (input in CSS system, compare data in CSS, IFRS15, CTF)
Master Data tracking and updating
Standard Participant in Sales Team Meeting Conferences
Other Responsibilities
Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks, at the established deadlines and in terms of quality
Is responsible for accomplishing the assigned tasks within the terms of the law
Responsible for and guarantee the confidentiality and security of the handled data
Follows all tasks and responsibilities to achieve the given targets
Oriented to result: responsible for delegated tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Be a fast- learner to work with new tools, systems or make reports
Business management and theoretical knowledge in marketing, sales and controlling
Ability to do multi- task and work under pressure
Interest/knowledge in the automotive industry products
VBA Skills, SQL Skills is a plus
Ability to plan in detail (collection, combination, verification and summarizing various sources of information)
Analytical abilities (data analysis, interpreting and summarizing data)
Working time: 9AM- 6PM (Mon- Fri)
Proactive thinking
MS Office Skills (Power point; Excel from intermediate to advanced level) and Power BI
Ability to work in team (including virtual teams)
3rd year or 4th year students with background International Economics
Ability to adapt with global working environment
Systematic, organized and precise working style
