JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your skills and boost your career potential in an international company? Avery Dennison is looking for an intern that wants to gain real experience as part of our HR team!
Location: Our factory is based in Long Hau IZ, Nha Be Area.
Shuttle bus pick- up are provided on a daily basis
Working time: Mon- Fri, 8.00am- 4.15pm
What will you do?
Program/Event Management & Employer Branding Initiatives
Program/Event Support: Assist in the execution of key Talent Acquisition events/activities, such as the Management Trainee program, campus events, recruiting activities. Drive successful completion through proactive involvement from brainstorming, planning, coordination & facilitation to ensure smooth delivery
Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas for employer branding initiatives and recruiting materials to attract high- potential talents.
Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content (e.g., photographing, video filming, write up & editing) for our TA events/activities, social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to showcase our company branding
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate events for tracking and reporting purposes, such as calendars, attendee lists, budget tracking, and post- event summaries.
Candidate Experience: Help ensure a consistently positive brand experience for all students
Networking: Liaise and engage with Representatives from targeted institutions/universities.
Marketing Support: Assist in designing and marketing materials such as banners, graphics for internal advertisements/posting
Recruitment & Reporting, TA coordination:
Support other HR Ad Hoc projects
Hiring progress update and reporting
Support the recruitment of entry- level positions (Job posting, Screening CV, phone screen, interview arrangement, room booking etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Who are we looking for?
Innovative, social media savvy
Well- organized, details oriented, strong interpersonal skills and good analytical skills
Proficient in MS office & other Design software (Canva, Photoshop, Video maker, Adobe or relevant)
Have grown your aspiration to work in the Talent Acquisition within HR Department
Very good communication in English speaking & writing
Hard- working, resilient, willing to learn and team player spirit
Experienced in delivering virtual and onsite event or activities (i.e. Campus Activities/Career Fair/MT Program/Employer Branding initiatives)
We welcome the Students in the final year or Fresh Graduates, who can commit to work Full- time for the next 6 months starting from either January 2026
Preferably with graphic design & social media content edit/generation
