JOB DESCRIPTION
The associate in this role will work with Account Development Leaders to help manage the commercial engagement. The commercial engagement can be classified into the following activities.
Assist commercial director with day- to- day sales activities: frequent updates on Power BI and RCT tool for revenue management, sales campaign management, office supplies, manage team expenses….
Work with the Revenue Controller team on invoice generation, checks, delivery of an invoice to clients, follow- ups for collections
Support Client Leaders with commercial request from other NielsenIQ entities across the globe
Support Client Leaders with Contract Documentation and Registration on Microsoft Dynamics and work with the Revenue Controller team to ensure all steps are completed to bill to the client- Purchase Order, Invoices, Liquidation, Evidence of Delivery
REQUIREMENTS
You are well organized and you’re a team player. You have a commercial mind and know a thing or two about marketing. You like creating clarity in chaos, you’re not afraid to take the initiative and you are a self- starter. The ideal candidate has experience in, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations within a multi- national organisation.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
Have at least 1- 2 (or more) years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
Fluent in English, Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
Be punctual and demonstrate high attention to detail
Able to effectively communicate in a cross- country environment
Bachelor&039;s Degree or fresh graduated, studied Marketing, Business, Accounting or related major
