MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Ghi nhận và báo cáo dữ liệu / Data Recording and Reporting:
Ghi lại và báo cáo chính xác lượng tiêu thụ điện và nước hàng ngày / Record and report daily electricity and water consumption accurately.
Lập báo cáo kỹ thuật hàng tháng theo biểu mẫu sẵn có tại Dự án dưới sự hướng dẫn và kiểm tra của Kỹ Sư trưởng Dự án / Prepare monthly technical reports using project templates under the guidance and review of the Chief Engineer.
Ghi lại các công việc đã thực hiện và sự cố hệ thống / Document tasks performed and system incidents.
Giám sát và vận hành thiết bị / Equipment Monitoring and Operation:
Giám sát tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của máy phát điện và thiết bị. Vận hành máy phát điện ở chế độ không tải và có tải theo quy trình kỹ thuật. Ghi nhận các dữ liệu liên quan / Monitor technical standards of generators and equipment. Operate generators in both no- load and load modes according to technical procedures. Record relevant data.
Thực hành thao tác vận hành ATS dưới sự giám sát của Kỹ thuật Dự án / Practice ATS (Automactic Transfer Switch) operation under the supervision of Technician.
Bảo trì và xử lý hệ thống kỹ thuật / Maintenance and System Handling:
Tham gia kiểm tra, bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà, xử lý sự cố / Inspect and maintain building technical systems, handle incidents.
Tham gia công tác bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật MEP ở khu vực chung trong và ngoài tòa nhà / Participate in the maintenance of MEP technical systems in common areas inside and outside the building.
Bảo quản và tuân thủ quy trình / Proper Storage and Compliance:
Tuân thủ quy trình của bộ phận và chỉ đạo của người quản lý / Follow department procedures and manager&039;s directions.
Bảo quản đúng cách các thiết bị, dụng cụ, phụ tùng thay thế sau khi sử dụng / Properly store equipment, tools, and spare parts after use.
Nghiên cứu và hiểu biết pháp lý / Legal Research and Understanding:
Tìm hiểu các hồ sơ pháp lý, giấy chứng nhận, chứng chỉ, giấy chứng nhận kết quả kiểm định, giấy phép liên quan của hệ thống MEP/ Familiarize with legal documents, certificates, inspection reports, and permits related to the MEP system.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Có khả năng truyền đạt thông tin về kỹ thuật một cách hiệu quả / Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
Có khả năng thích nghi và học hỏi: Có khả năng học hỏi nhanh chóng và áp dụng các khái niệm kỹ thuật mới / Capability to quickly learn and apply new technical concepts.
Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật ở các tình huống thực tế hoặc các dự án môn học tại trường / Assess through technical problem- solving scenarios or coursework projects.
Ưu tiên sinh viên theo học ngành Kỹ thuật, hoặc các ngành liên quan / Preferably pursuing a degree in Engineering, or related fields.
Hiểu biết cơ bản hoặc đã học qua các môn học về các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật (ví dụ như hệ thống MEP, bảo trì công trình) / Basic understanding or coursework in relevant technical areas (e.g., MEP systems, building maintenance).
