Job Description
Commercial Investment tasks:

When the activity ends, collect invoices/related documents from dealers to raise CI payout with data prepared by Sales data team.
Raise CI project registration in Paws system to get approval from Managers/ Division Head before activating campaign/activity.
Understand CI and compliance policy which related to support for dealers (such as promotion/ discount/ voucher/ activities support for dealer events).

Administration

Support to prepare get approval for Announcement Letter & Quarterly Target Letter (if any).
Follow up and make sure CI process smoothly operated (CI project registration, CI payout) to reduce long outstanding CI payout.

Others

Support other ah- hoc task required by section manger.
Support Sales PIC (Person In Charge) for the other jobs.

Requirement

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing/ Sales/ Accounting or relevant.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
At least 1 year of experience.
Experience in sales/ marketing/ accounting or relevant fields is preferable.
Paying good attention to details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across departments and functions.
Result- oriented mindset.
