JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the Sales team on sales events: using eTool, preparing documents to submit provinces DOH,working with agency follow results, logistics & follow- up actions, documenting eHAT, recording actual cost,confirming Accounts receivable with vendors…
Ad- hoc support for Head of Sales as per request
Raise ticket as per request
Follow up with vendors and internal departments for sales events (procurement, accounting, legalfinance…)
Support sales activities (logistics, administrative, facilities & follow- up actions) such as coordinating Internal events,sending/ receiving mail & parcels for the Sales team
Share ideas, suggestions to the Sales team to make activities execution simpler, faster, and better
REQUIREMENTS
Can work full- time for at least 6 months from August 2024
3rd year, final- year student, or undergraduate, who is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
Dynamic, resilient, effective team player & high learning agility
Intermediate verbal & written English and Vietnamese
Work under high pressure
Detailed- oriented, strong time management skill & good problem- solving skill
Office tool proficient
