JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare proposals and support execution for communications campaigns.
Support to manage and frequently update the Sanofi- owned digital channels (website, intranet, social platforms), for both internal and external communication channels.
Develop creative assets (infographics, graphics, e- newsletter, POSM…) that can be leveraged to promote internal and external communication campaigns.
Develop the content and digital assets to recap the events mentioned above.
Other responsibilities not listed above as requested by the Head of Communications and the Communications Manager.
Support on the logistics and execution of the events including employee engagement activities as well as the CSR activities.
Develop videos to enhance the corporation’s messages to internal and external audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
Working full day from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM) for 6 months.
Independent, ambitious, highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
Effective communication skills: Good sense of Vietnamese & English
Basic knowledge of design software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Abode Premiere/After Effect, and/or other movie/image maker tools
Currently a student or an undergraduate from universities/schools specializing in multimedia.
