JOB DESCRIPTION
KPMG is looking for an intern to support Operation Manager in operation process:
Contact vendor to check services’ quotation and availability
Support business development activities• Back up in logistic duties whenever necessary
Realize and monitor of potential future savings in procurement
Other administrative tasks which may include data entry, data research;arranging meetings…
Coordinate to clarify the expectation from stakeholders about their needs/expectation on vendors’ services
Research and develop vendors, review current vendors to build sourcing plan, to enhance the alternative sources with better costs and quality
Do market analysis to assess the availability of the products at present and in the future
Support reviewing and formatting contract, checking invoice and payment
Coordinate and analyze data of services or vendors when required (survey, marketing, translation, others)
REQUIREMENTS
Good at English (enough to deal with native speakers).
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
Careful, Honest.
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software.
Final- year student majoring in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
