JOB DESCRIPTION
Shipments handling and follow- up, including booking processing, shipments monitoring, exception handling
Assessment and Implementation of new project / process
Problem investigation and solving
Fulfill / establish reports upon being required
Strictly follow company’s rule during working hours
Strictly follow internal / external process with dedication and minimum mistake / failure
Handle inquiries received from customers/other relevant parties
Billing related tasks
Fulfill other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis

Competence Requirements
Good Excel skills – Visual basics is preferred but optional.
Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
Good understanding of financial accounting
