JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountable
Upload contract to system for review andapproval.
Bring the documents to counter desk forreleasing to shipper.
Other tasks assigned by Leader/ Supervisor/Manager
Upload documents and email communication ontoshare point for each shipment.
Prepare the documents as team’s request.
Check and finish activities and events on TMS(TANGO).
Capture Shipper&039;s booking request in TMS(TANGO) for file creation.
Request to create/ update partner from MDM andFIN team for invoice issuance.
Responsible
Act in a manner which make sure that all are intimeline.
Support a positive, attractive working atmosphereand office environment.
Promote a paperless, digital office environmentutilizing all modern communication methods and electronic tools provided by DBSchenker

Strong English communication skills (both written &spoken)
Good understanding of financial accounting
Good Excel skills – Visual basics is preferred butoptional.
