JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking care specific origin/destination countries bymonitoring shipment’s cost & movements, managing carrier’s allocation& performance, handling customer’sescalation.
Ensure the accurate and timely movement of ocean freight toand from specific locations within the service standards agreed with theCustomer.
Ensure compliance with internal/external requirements andKPIs.
Ensure exception management in case of service qualitydeviations including follow- up and problem resolution, maximizes shipmentprofitability and decreases operating expenses.
Escalate unresolved issues to next management level

Good Excel skills – Visual basics is preferred but optional.
Strong English communication skills (both written & spoken)
Good understanding of financial accounting
