JOB DESCRIPTION

Support internal and external ISO (integrated 9001- 14001- 45001) audits
Create Supply chain security report for each high security shipments
Collect data of QHSE (Quality, Health and safety, Environment) from other departments to make periodic reports
Conduct monthly safety walks at warehouses, offices
Collect data of CSR (Social report)
Follow up device inspections at warehouses
Support department head to create mandatory HSE reports: medical, occupational safety and health, environment protection, fire protection…
Handle administration tasks regarding to Vendor management
Other tasks assigned by department head.

REQUIREMENTS

Can work under pressure.
Working location: 9th Floor, Bluesky Office Building, 01 Bach Dang Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC.
4th year undergraduate or freshman, major in Health and Safety, Environment, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) or similar.
Hard working, willing to learn.
Can work at least 6 months full time from August 2026.
Good command of English.
Working time: 8:00am- 5:00m; Monday- Friday
Eager to learn, open- mindset, basic problem- solving skills.
