RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (KANTAR GRADUATE ACCELERATED RECRUITMENTPROGRAM 2024)

Research Executive (Graduation Program) is responsible for learning the brand offer and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations & reports, manage projects & engage clients.
Kantar Graduate Recruitment Program is a one- year- program, which consists of development modules, mentorship, challenging assessments, and on- the- job learning. If you are passionate to begin your career in market research industry, this is an entry level role to the industry, which enables you to develop strong foundations in insights- based consulting.

Client management & consultancy; apply basic level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and deliverables and analysis conducted for them
Project management and general administration of the end- to- end research project
Works efficiently by planning, reviewing, improving and streamlining processes & systems without compromising quality
Account management – responsible for the accurate & timely delivery of accounts outputs including data tables, workshops, presentations, and reports.
Analysis & research expertise – understand data from various sources, implements research solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business
Responsible for maintenance of normative databases, for coordinating & monitoring accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork & data provision from relevant departments
Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures.
Equally important, as part of the one- year- program you will be required to actively participate in series of trainings, mentorship, examinations, and work practices at all Kantar divisions.
REQUIREMENTS

Highly organized person to be able to juggle multiple projects and ensure timely client delivery.
Essentials
Proficient command of English in both verbal and written
Computer literate, especially in projects/statistics related applications, advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint would be an added value.
You are a fresh graduate or have less than 1 year working experience.
Holds minimum bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.
