Job Description
Position is a support role requiring more work direction, whereby the worker follows generally defined procedures.
Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, access, and backup for enterprise- wide systems. Technologies supported include operating systems, servers, networks, system security, hardware and other software applications.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve or recommend solutions.
Create and manage system documentation, including configurations and backup procedures.
Create patches and updates as needed.
Participate in the definition and implementation of system components, including new servers, hardware, software and upgrades.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot operating systems. Must possess solid knowledge of operating systems and networking hardware and software.
Dealer Streamline Program- Digital platform management: Develop & run digital platforms via Power Apps & 3M EWS to manage & monitor dealer quality, including current 748 dealers, new dealer applications, competitor mapping. Develop EWS 2.0 for PPF solutions.
Time spent on the work, where and how is time spent: Spending 40 hours/week, mainly focused on digital platform for the dealer streamline program: monitoring dealers&039; sell- in/out, tracking E- Warranty, ranking dealers, and real- time communication systems between 3M & dealers&039; networks.
Maintain current EWS 2.0 for AWF: inventory, dealer information, E- Warranty support. Develop new EWS 2.0 PPF solutions. Market research support: Mapping current dealers, new dealers, and competitors’ dealers. new PPF EWS 2.0 solution & market research support.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Internship experience functioning in a Systems Administrator capacity is required.
Solid IT background with hands- on experience in systems, hardware, software, or networking.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Proficient in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem- solving mindset.
