JOB DESCRIPTION
Project implementation support
Work with customers to align the billing processand collect master data from customers
Prepare master data in billing system and do theon- boarding of the new business to billing system
Work with LSPs to implement Logistics costingcenter (LCC) services to customers, for example, new billing process alignmentwith LSPs, LSP training, etc..
Logistics billing related operations
(billing verification, PO management, monthly accrual)
Highlight any deviation to related parties, andwork with related parties (LSP, purchasing, operations team) to make surebillings are correctly charged and documented in the end
Estimate the logistics cost for a natural monthwhen the billing is not yet received from LSPs, and create the monthly accrualtemplate for downstream department
Verify logistics billing/invoice from LSPs, byverifying the fact (based on logistics operations record) and price (based oncontract rate or approval), and ensure compliance
Create PO for each LSP each cost category eachbusiness unit based on previous years’ actual spending, in consideration ofbusiness development in the new year, and monitor the PO consumption to makesure PO amount is always sufficient for cost booking
LSP management
Manage LSP billing performance to make sure theyfollow aligned process
Regularly exchange with LSPs to review LSPbilling status, and share points to LSPs for them to improve, especially onbilling performance
Be the one contact window for LSPs for certaintender package in terms of any queries
Initiate any projects with LSPs for billingprocess improvement
Drive process standardization and cost
ptimization
Cost data analysis to identify potentials forcost reduction, for example, spot rate/ad hoc shipment which happensfrequently, rate card optimization
As the one responsible for a few countries orlegal entities, try to standard the billing process among the countries andlegal entities
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and inter- personalskills with ability to work with cross- functions.
Ability to work independently as well as in ateam
Bachelor’s Degree in international trade, logistics,Supply Chain, economics, financing, etc.
Detail oriented and good working with numbersand documents
Able to communicate in English
1+ year experience in business field (logisticsoperations experience is a plus)
Strong computer/systems skills in Microsoftoffice, especially in Excel, (Power Query, Power BI, would be a plus)
Strong analysis and problem- solving skill
