Job Title: Price and Discount Analyst

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Price and Discount analyst, reporting directly to Revenue Management Manager, will be responsible for providing deep analysis on commercial performance and market insight of different initiatives, maintain and developing analysis over Market intelligence (including Pricing, Pack architecture and Promotion), and contributing to the digital transformation including contracts, prices, and promotions.
Channel insight analysis
Provide independent analysis on performance of different initiatives through strong coordination with different stakeholders to connect data sources.
Support to improve promotion efficiency and simplification.
Provide Contract acquisition and performance report on timely basis, highlighting key insights, and follow up with regional team for actions.
Provide data- driven insights of performance results.
Collect data and analyze changes between actual and planning, especially focus on changes in external factors to identify root causes of performance results of different channels and initiatives.
Digital transformation and business process simplification
Support to develop contract management system.
Support to develop digital transformation of Pricing and promotions.
Cooperate with stakeholders (PPM, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, Finance, Internal control, Legal, Pay- to- pay team) to simplify the execution of Pricing and Discount strategies (contracting process, promotion schemes, etc.) Support to track and push for SLA fulfilment of contract proposal/review/signing process.
Price and Promotion:
Provide analysis of market pricing and promotion efficiency to support for improvement. Identify risk and root cause of price conflict.
Maintain market data intelligence of pricing and promotion.
Support in pricing simulation for any new product development.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduating from universities and colleges (Data Science, Finance, Business Management are preferable).
1- 2 years experiences in FMCG industry, in relative functions of Data Analysis, Sales Operation, Route to Market or Commercial Finance (Pricing Analysis or Commercial FP&A) are preferable.
Being able to travel.
Open- minded, Curious and Detail- oriented for Operation Optimization.
Sufficient English and presentation skill.
