position:
Recording minutes of meetings, preparingpresentation files and sorting/extracting data for Excel reports based on instructions, and other tasks as required.
Supporting theconduction of the QMS process audit.
Screening and sorting potentialsuppliers for specific commodities and sending Requests forInformation/Proposals.
Collecting and transferringdocuments internally to support buyers and other departments.
Comparing quotations, analyzing,and negotiating with suppliers to improve price, payment terms, delivery,warranty conditions, and other benefits for the company.
Clarifying specifications and scopeof work with business partners or requesting departments.

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications
and attributes:
Undergraduate studentsin Economics, Finance, Foreign Trade or related majors in Supply chain
A Student Certificate from your University is required.
Goodcommand in English
Committingto working full- time in 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)
Confident,able to work independently, careful of accuracy and detail of figures, highteamwork spirit.
Goodskills in MS skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
