Gallery de Neyuh is a Saigon- based handcraft house operating across four sub- brands, Neyuh Leather, Cincinati Leather, Neyuh Gifts, and Neyuh Home & Travel. Each brand carries its own focus, yet all are guided by a single standard: design sensibility shaped in- house, materials chosen with care, and work carried out by hand by artisans whose skill cannot be replicated by machine.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. In- Store Customer Service

• Deliver a professional, attentive service standard consistent with a luxury brand environment.
• Communicate product features, materials, and the craftsmanship story to help customers understand the value behind each piece.
• Welcome, consult, and guide customers throughout their shopping experience at the store.

Online Customer Support

• Provide product consultation, sizing guidance, and order- related assistance through online channels.
• Maintain a responsive and professional tone across all digital touchpoints.
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbox messages and comments on social media and e- commerce platforms.

Store Presentation & Operations

• Handle other sales- related administrative tasks as assigned.
• Receive and log product warranty information from customers.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Prepare sales reports and update stock status as required.
• Arrange and display merchandise neatly and in accordance with visual merchandising standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Wants to grow inside a brand that operates with a global mindset
• Experience working in fashion, accessories, or premium/luxury retail.
• Speaks with clarity and presence, or is committed to developing this skill
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (mandatory — you will work directly with international customers on a regular basis).
• Embraces continuous learning through reading, listening, and daily practice as part of the work
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Appreciates fine handcrafted goods and the people who make them
• Basic photography and video recording skills (useful for supporting in- store content production).
