JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research, brainstorm, and create brand concepts, product stories, and campaigns. Continuously research and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that our copy remains fresh and relevant.

• Plan and maintain a content calendar, strategically scheduling posts to maintain a consistent and engaging relationship with audiences. Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data- driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

• Create compelling and creative content (Reel; Tiktok Video; Short Viral Video...). Utilise tools like Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere...to optimize content creation. Write clear, concise, and creative copy for a variety of mediums including but not limited to social media, website, blog, product packaging, advertising, and email marketing.

• Collaborate with the IO brand team to develop content that meets brand guidelines and communicates the desired message to our customers. Follow up and maintain a relationship with KOLs/KOC to suggest suitable ideas.

• Work closely with cross- functional teams including marketing, product development, R&D, procurement, legal, and sales to ensure that all content is accurate and aligned with the overall business strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Explorer attitude actively seeking new territories, ready to test.

• Bachelor&039;s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a copywriter, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.

• Good at using Adobe Software, Cap Cut, etc. is an advantage.

• Have good time management skills with ability to multitask, solve problems quickly and accurately.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision- making and process improvements.
