JOB DESCRIPTION
Classroom Management
Assist students in class/during the course
Support teachers in class/during the course
Fulfill admin tasks (update ILA Connect, check attendance, assign and mark homework, etc...)
Control and take care of students in class
Course Administration
Report any incidents or problems to RS/OS
Check students’ attendance daily
Prepare students for exams, Cambridge
Update students with course progress information
Learning and Development
Attend meeting as requested
Attend Workshop and Training as requested
Customer Care
Support Events (care events, enrichment, …)
Tutor weak students as requested
Report students’ progress- results (monthly), call parents for absent students
Support in delivering letters, notice and receive feedback from parents and support in handling requests and complaints
Others
Support Centre when requested
REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skills with foreigners (100 % English- speaking environment)
Timetable: Wed/ Fri/ Sat/ Sun (preferable)
Current university students from the 2nd year above
Understanding of English Language Teaching
A desire to work with young learners from 3 to 16 years old
