[HCMC. Binh Tan] Data Entry Clerk Full - Time

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk who can handle accurately entering data into our bookkeeping platforms, ensuring that all information is up to date and correctly recorded. This role requires an elevated level of accuracy, diligence, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibility:

Entering invoices and other data into our bookkeeping platforms.
Prepare and process invoices and expense records.
Support accounting team with other administrative tasks.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting records.
Organize data records into categories as instructed.

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday, 8:00- 17:00 | Lunch Break: 12:00- 13:00
Saturday, 8:00- 12:00

Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Be committed to the Job, keeping good attendance and punctuality.
Highly interested in working with numbers and data
Good at MS Excel and related digital tools.
Strong diligence and accuracy.
Vocational College degree of any major with good ability in written English and English- speaking skills.
