Work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure the product aligns with customer needs, maintains high quality, and delivers on business goals.
Take full ownership of a new technology product in the construction sector, overseeing the entire lifecycle—from conducting market research and defining product positioning and roadmap to managing P&L and evaluating performance.
Leverage advanced technologies such as AI/ML (including LLMs, RAG, and fine- tuning), AWS AI Services, SLAM, Point Cloud, 3D Mesh, and Digital Twin technologies.
Lead data analytics efforts and drive continuous improvements in user experience.
Design and implement go- to- market strategies and develop partnership frameworks (including channels, OEMs, and strategic partners) tailored to the Vietnam market.
Requirements
Over 6 years of experience in SaaS or IT product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as Product Owner, Business Leader, or Head of Product.
Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Solid command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, OKRs/KPIs, Lean Startup principles, and Design Thinking practices.
Expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, and product pricing strategy development.
In- depth knowledge of the Product – User – Business Strategy relationship, backed by a data- driven mindset.
A strong startup mentality: adaptable, quick to pivot, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in leading Customer Success or Sales functions, or experience executing digital transformation projects for Japanese–Vietnamese clients.
Familiarity with the construction industry, including processes, technical standards, and operational practices.
Experience working in multicultural teams while maintaining a balance between speed, quality, and organizational culture.
Proven ability to grow revenue through partner networks or online marketplaces.
