Responsibilities:
Balance workload, skill sets, and project needs to optimize team performance
Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Ensure efficient management of projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain high standards of quality in project deliverables.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
Oversee the creation and analysis of reports to provide insights into project performance for data- driven decision- making.
Allocate resources effectively, matching team members’ skills with project requirements.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the delivery team, ensuring client expectations are met and addressing any concerns.
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.
Oversee project managers and teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify areas for process optimization and work collaboratively with teams to implement improvements.
Enhance efficiency and effectiveness to stay competitive and meet evolving client needs.

Requirements:
Must have:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in risk management and quality assurance processes.
Good communication skills in English.
3- 5 years of experience in delivery management or a related role with a proven track record of managing large- scale delivery teams.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective resource allocation and client relationship management.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer science, Business, Management, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainties effectively.
Familiarity with performance metrics and process improvement methodologies.
Experience in a technology- based role or environment.
