Mô tả công việc

Ensure effective management and takes responsibility for P&L, cost and revenue management and controls/supervises consolidated budget.
Strategically plan and manage Commercial team, OPS team, logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service (nationwide) team, design strategy and set or get goals for rowth aligned ITL strategy

Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

Assign staff to liaise and negotiate with clients, suppliers and transport companies (outsourcing)
Standardize, then upgrade level services of CL operation of Group (ITL, other subsidiaries …) such as

Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations. Set internal policies and processes. Continuously look for improvements to operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Arrange and plan out the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
Build up & deploy WMS to manage data & operations
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets (OTIF)
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors
Optimize and coordinate the full process of warehouse and transportation. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Interaction with many BU, Dept to serve customers well

Connecting proactively with various departments (other Products) to achieve KPIs effectively and manage customers expectations (support team: FA, HR, SHE, Compliance…)
Working tightly Commercial Team (ITL Corporation) at any bidding or big projects

Direct the employee assessment process

Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
Nurturing IPDP team, MT team for successors.
Rotation & development staff among all locations of WH, DC…
Plan, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Build up strong team by training, coaching (expertise & mindset)

Make a relationship with Investors, partners, Governments, Outsourcing…when needed.
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Be in charge of new project with new customers. Maximizing the whole WH, DC…nationwide for the best results (manpower, resources…utilizing).

Ensures prompt and efficient service at all times
Ensures that the team maintain a high level of personal presentation, wearing correct uniform and offering a professional, courteous and friendly service.

Attends to customer complaints promptly with professionalism, empathy, providing feedback and initiating corrective action where required

Monitors overall customer satisfaction following up satisfaction survey results, comment cards, emails, letters and phone calls

Complaint from Customers: keep track on number of complaints, customer always rights target, satisfaction all kinds of clients, surveying program to client

Yêu cầu công việc

5- 10 years of experience in warehouse/ OPS of CL management function in a logistics company.
Leadership skills and ability manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Knowledge of international warehouse, transportation, warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Proven work experience as a warehouse manager (DC, CFS, BW…)
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Familiar with the Vietnam business and regulatory environment and knows how to build business and organization in Vietnam.
Strategic with good business acumen, external market and customer oriented, able to develop and define the Vietnam business strategy.
Budget control
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Speak and writing fluently in English and Vietnamese.
Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or relevant fields. MBA is preferable
