Summary Dept
Our Risk Management Department plays a key role in Yody‘s strategy, as we strive to foster a "common risk culture" to ensure stability and sustainability in the operations. The department’s responsibilities include identifying hazards, developing plans to mitigate those risks, putting those strategies into action, and inspiring the cooperation of all company members.
Summary Position
The head of Legal is responsible for overseeing and managing the legal aspects of Yody to ensure the organization‘s activities comply with the Law and Regulations. As a leadership role, demanding a strategic mindset, a Head of Legal role focuses on business planning, performance management, and value.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory: Provide accurate and comprehensive legal advice to the leadership and other departments within the business to support strategic decision- making and daily operations.Legal Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage legal risks that the organization may face while proposing legal measures to minimize risks and optimize compliance.
Legal Staff Management: Manage and support staff within the legal department, ensuring they are trained and developed to efficiently fulfill their tasks.
Law Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement: Monitor changes in laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization complies with the latest regulations and adjusts its strategies and activities accordingly.
Contract Drafting and Evaluation: Engage in drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contracts and agreements with relevant parties, ensuring that legal agreements protect the rights and interests of the organization.
Negotiation and Dispute Resolution: Participate in negotiating and resolving legal disputes or mediating with relevant parties to maintain positive and peaceful relationships between the business and its counterparts.
Legal Representation: Represent the organization in legal proceedings and disputes, or interact with external lawyers when necessary to protect the organization‘s rights and interests.
