POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role will lead the Marketing team consisting of the pharmaceutical and retail businesses to achieve the vision of Market Leadership for ZP Therapeutics key brands.
Responsibilities
Marketing excellence:
Annual STORM brand plan and execution
Overall framework to manage portfolio from launch to life- cycle extension
Integrated cross functional local and regional medical- marketing operations
Digitalization:
Digital roadmap to transform ZP Therapeutics
State of the art Multi Channel Engagement
(MCE) and digital analytics embedded into our marketing, medical, and selling process
Alliance Management:
Delivering partner commitments through adherence to good governance, ethics and compliance to regulation with seamless cross- functional coordination
Operational excellence:
Write offs reduction
Supplier management
Forecasting (S& OP meeting) and inventory
Optimize A & P spending and tracking
Financial acumen:
Achieve brands P&L
Build contingencies and mitigation to create profit and reduce loses
Analytics:
Generating insights working with internal/external agency to derive impactful business objectives
Market access, Customer and Patient centricity:
Expand patient access, integrated ZP solutions
Building a high- performance team:
Build and attract high employees through an enriching talent and long- term talent development roadmap (STORM, ACE, COMPASS, 8Q)
Qualifications
Project management
Strong communication
Bachelor degree. Pharmacist/Doctor are preferable , MBA profile is a plus.
