Building and implementing plans
- Setting up, implementing, and monitoring the execution of the business and expense plan of Department per year/in each period.
- Proposing, implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk control for the Department.
Managing and executing operations of the Department
- Implementing the credit product delivery to customers: seeking and introducing IVB’s products to customers; Receiving loan / credit granting requests from customers; Appraising credit granting/ disbursement proposals according to regulations; Monitoring and supervising the capital utilization status after loan disbursement
- Organizing marketing and advising customers related transactions: capital mobilization products, account management, payment services, card services, ATM, POS, remittance payments, digital banking services, foreign exchange activities.... and other customer services.
- Promoting and managing business activities for IVB customer segments:
+ Developing and managing cooperative relationships with partners.
+ Implementing sales promotion programs for the sales team.
+ Implementing programs to boost sales of IVB’s products and services.
- Managing business activities for customer segments:
+ Implementing customer management, evaluation, and classification.
+ Managing, monitoring the implementation of business plans for customer segments at the unit.
- Ensuring the quality and efficiency of business activities, compliance with relevant regulations and processes:
+ Credit granting:
* Coordinating with relevant units in handling problematic debt recovery/overdue loan of customers at the unit.
* Controlling the credit application documents, disbursement documents of the Marketing and Customer Relation officers according to regulations.
* Timely detecting and preventing risks and fraud in credit profiles of customers.
+ Other products and services: marketing, customer management, customer service according to regulations.
* Building, protecting the reputation, and developing the brand image of IVB with customers, partners, and relevant agencies.
Human resources management
- Assigning targets, guiding, and evaluating working performance for employees.
- Proposing personnel arrangement suitable with their capabilities.
- Participating in selecting and training employees, building and developing a successor human resources team.
- Organizing, managing, coordinating to implement tasks on general administration and human resources for all employees of the Unit.
Others
- Periodically/ad- hoc reporting as required.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the management/Branch manager.
