Head of Product Delivery

ABOUT THE POSITION:
You will also be instrumental in building and leading a high- performing product department of approximately 40 members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
As the Head of Delivery at GEEK Up, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the full spectrum of product development for our diverse portfolio of digital innovator partners (clients). This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute product strategies across various domains, directly impacting the success of cutting- edge software solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full Spectrum Product Development Ownership:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for each assigned partner (client), aligned with their business objectives and market opportunities.
Work closely with cross- functional teams (including Product Analysis, Product Design, Product Backend, Product Frontend, Product Mobile, and Product Operations) to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to design, development and operations.
Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations, translating them into actionable product plans.

Department Leadership and Development:

Build, lead, mentor, and scale a product team of approximately 40 professionals, with expertise in Product Analysis, Product Design, Product Backend, Product Frontend, Product Mobile, and Product Operations.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results- oriented team culture.
Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes and methodologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
Recruit, onboard, and retain top product talent.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Encourage experimentation and innovation within the product teams.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for product- related matters with GEEK Up&039;s partners (clients).
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role managing product teams and delivering successful software products.
Experience working with diverse technology stacks and familiarity with various industries and business domains.
Demonstrated experience in leading the full product development lifecycle for multiple products or clients simultaneously.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Prior experience working directly with clients or external partners, managing relationships and expectations, will be advantageous.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high- performing teams.
