As Head of Product with responsibility as below:
- Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company goal of business.
- Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area.
- efinition, monitoring of product portfolio/goals relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set.
- Staying hands on- the role will come with line management of product managers but in the early days it&039;ll just be you.
- Be highest contact point of Product field that connect and collaborate to others field (Technical/Marketing).
- Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.
- Align stakeholders, direct the product roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with wider business.
- Defining, hiring, coaching and mentoring a full team of product managers
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
- Foster a culture of testing, data- driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results.

- 5+ years of relevant product management experience:
- Experience with AI platform is a plus
- Prior consumer- facing product development experience, ideally with mobile or subscription- based products.
- Prior experience with psychology- based products, gamification, or other user behavior- oriented apps.
- Experience in a prior startup or other high- ambiguity environment
