What you will do
Product Strategy & Market Insights:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for securities products, aligned with CVS’s goals.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Create a clear product roadmap and vision, adjusting strategies as needed.
Operational & Financial Performance:
Oversee the financial and operational performance of securities products, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Identify product enhancements and continuously improve user experience.
Monitor key performance metrics to ensure revenue and operational targets are met.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
Lead end- to- end product development from concept through launch.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) for smooth execution.
Oversee testing, launch, and post- launch optimization of products.
Customer- Centric Product Design:
Understand customer journeys and use data- driven insights to design innovative securities products.
Continuously refine products based on customer feedback and analytics to enhance adoption.
Partnership & Collaboration:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships in the securities industry, working closely with external partners and internal teams.
Represent CVS in negotiations and business development initiatives to expand product reach.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all securities products comply with regulatory standards and manage associated risks.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adaptations.
What you will need

Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
5+ years of experiences in financial institutions (securities, funds, commercial banks & etc.);
Experience working with digital investment product for massed consumer market is a nice to have;
Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally; Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: Able to absorb a great deal of information about the business performance, analyze the data, and make clear and useful action plans;
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or relevant certifications preferred;
Experience in developing and co- creating product strategy (market needs, business goal, segmentation) and development to drive business outcomes;
Prefers candidates who have experience in the product lines that relevant to e- wallet users;
Creative Problem Solving: Proven experience in solving complex problems and come up with out of the box solutions;
