Dream Job Alert! $5,000/month salary awaits! We&039;re hiring a Head of Quality (Garment, Open for Expat, ID19448) for a foreign investment company.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, bonding, printing, and embroidery across multiple product types (knits, wovens, leggings, tights, bras, rain jackets, etc.).
Review and monitor Quality KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and highlight potential quality risks to management.
Lead the introduction and implementation of digital tools (e.g., inline tablets, dashboards, AI- driven systems) to enhance quality monitoring and reporting.
Develop and implement a Quality Strategy that promotes root cause problem- solving and prevention- first culture.
Facilitate conflict resolution between production, technical, and quality teams, ensuring collaborative problem- solving.
Review and align the Quality Vision with operational and customer strategies.
Serve as the key spokesperson for Quality in all customer interactions and audits.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to elevate their quality skills and awareness across all functions.
Utilize Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.)
Drive regional standardization and harmonization of quality processes and systems across all locations.
Build and sustain a strong, motivated, and performance- driven Quality team.
Oversee all Quality Assurance and Control activities for Vietnam, Cambodia JV, and future COO operations.
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and international brand QA representatives.
Clearly communicate quality issues, root causes, and sustainable solutions to all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with major buyer requirements (Puma, Adidas, Nike, etc.).
Maintain robust QA/QC systems including inline inspections, end- line audits, and AQL standards.
Ensure strong understanding of material compositions, fabric and trim handling, lab testing, and quality assurance protocols.
Represent the company in quality- related meetings, audits, and claims discussions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
