Team Leadership:
Lead the Residential Sales Department across Hanoi and Danang, creating a dynamic, agile team that’s ready to tackle any challenge.
Drive CRM optimization, ensuring the department stays at the forefront of customer engagement and data- driven decision- making.
Attract and develop top talent, with a focus on continuous learning, digital fluency, and market agility.
Sales and Marketing Innovation:
Work closely with internal teams, from Private Office to Branded Residences, to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to sales.
Own and manage the P&L, driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Cultivate a VIP client base, leveraging cutting- edge tools and tactics to create personalized, impactful sales experiences.
Deliver thought leadership through seminars, workshops, and presentations, positioning Savills as a leader in luxury real estate.
