* Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team in the Education Management industry. This role will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
* Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision- making
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to drive performance and results

* Working time :
44h/ week
- From Monday – Friday: 8 a.m – 5 p.m
- Saturday morning: 8 a.m – 12 p.m

- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
