HEAD OF STRATEGIC PLANNING (Footwear)

Job Objective
The Head of Strategic Planning is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s long- term and short- term strategic plans. This role requires market analysis, developing effective business strategies, and working closely with other departments to drive the company&039;s sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Long- term and Short- term Strategies
Analyze market trends, assess opportunities and challenges, and guide business strategies accordingly.
Develop comprehensive development strategies for the company, including both short- term and long- term plans.
Market Research and Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate market data to provide strategic recommendations.
Manage, Supervise, and Optimize Strategies
Manage strategic projects, ensuring strategies are implemented on time and achieve optimal results.
Optimize processes and improve strategies to meet market changes and achieve company goals.
Leadership and Collaboration with Other Departments
Lead the Strategic Planning team, fostering the development of team members’ skills and creativity.
Coordinate with other departments to effectively implement business strategies.
Evaluate and Report Results
Provide detailed reports and data analysis to support strategic decision- making.
Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and report results to the Executive Board.
Strategic Budget Management
Ensure strategies are implemented within the allocated budget and provide financial effectiveness.
Develop and manage the budget for strategic projects.

Job Requirements:

Experience
Experience in the footwear, sports, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in product development, strategic planning, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Skills and Expertise
Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
Analytical thinking and data- driven decision- making skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Strong understanding of the footwear industry, consumer trends, and product design.
Other Requirements
Proficiency in project management software and office tools (SAP, Excel, PPT...)
Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem- solving abilities.
Good command of English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
