Head of Top Brands Partnerships and Solutions

, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of MoMo’s Offline Business. This senior leadership position focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major brands, developing tailored solutions to meet merchant needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of these solutions.

What you will do

Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of partnership and solution professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration;
Product and Service Optimization: Continuously assess the performance of MoMo’s solutions with top brands, gather feedback, and work with product teams to enhance features and functionalities;
Business Development: Lead efforts to onboard new merchants and grow existing merchants, negotiate terms, and secure agreements that drive business growth. Identify opportunities to expand MoMo’s merchant network and increase market penetration;
Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to inform partnership strategies and product development;
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from top brands. Build win- win, strong, and long- term partnerships that align with MoMo’s business objectives and enhance the company’s market position;
Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design and implement innovative merchant solutions tailored to the needs of each group of merchants. Ensure these solutions are seamlessly integrated into merchants’ existing systems;


What you will need

Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles within fintech, technology, or related industries. Proven track record of working with top brands and managing large- scale partnerships;
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high- performing team. Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment;
Product mindset for solution development and implementation. Ability to acquire new skills fast and adapt to a new mindset;
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision- making;
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are a plus;
