Mô tả công việc

This position requires the strategic vision of a Trade head:
- The Head of Trade Marketing Manager assists in developing trade marketing strategies, utilizing trade and marketing experience to recommend best trade- led activities and tools. This position manages the trade marketing team and leads the development creation and production and shipping of all POS and merchandising tools to the timely execution of trade marketing initiatives at internal, trade customer level.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills for effective data interpretation.
- Ensures that the local feedbacks about marketing programs and relevant Nabati business issues is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
- Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment…)
- Demonstrate robust experience in formulating consumer branding strategies and marketing plans.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
- Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with product managers and sales team to build sales promotions and product communication in the trade that attract business from wholesalers, distributors, KA, and retailers.
- Collaborates with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.
- Ensures efficient spending of central budget and supervises the trade marketing spending.
- Possess a practical understanding of SEO and Social Media best practices.
- Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and visibility of the products.

- Coordinate with consumer marketing team for audit strategy and plan to ensure the compliance of sales team regarding to sales procedure and implementation of marketing programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

Capabilities:
 Excellent English.
 Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
 Microsoft Office proficiency.
 Creative, mind- set.
 Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new environment.
Skills:
 Good at planning, deploying, tracking, and evaluation.
 Good communication and negotiation.
 Organizational skills.
Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences:
 At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
 Bachelor.
 At least 5 year experience in Trade Marketing in the fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
 Having experience in Channel Marketing
Age / Gender/ requirements:
 Male or Female
 Can do attitude
 Team work.
 Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn at work.
