JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials,organizing orientation sessions, and assisting new hires.
Assist with building recruitment channels (FacebookFanpage, Tiktok,…) and employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Provide administrative support in day- to- day HR operations.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs on jobportals, social media platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, andcoordinating with candidates.
Assist with updating and maintaining HR databases andreports.
Participate in HR projects, such as performance management,employee feedback, and policy updates.
REQUIREMENTS
Currentlypursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Stronginterest in HR practices and people management.
Detail- oriented,organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Goodat written and spoken English language.
Proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Canuse some editing apps/software (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator,…)

Monthly internship Allowance: 5million VND (based on actual attendance)
