JOB DESCRIPTION
🔍 WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Data & System Analyst, you&039;ll work closely with both our tech and campaign teams to turn data into meaningful insights and streamlined operations:
Build dashboards and reports for business insights and performance tracking
Make sense of numbers to help improve business outcomes over time
Support campaign managers in segmenting audiences for email campaigns
Dive into user behavior data to optimize campaign performance
Take part in brainstorming and solution design with other teams on data- related topics
Automate data workflows with Python
Analyze data quality, detect patterns & trends using statistical tools
Manage manual data import/export tasks across internal & external systems
REQUIREMENTS
🧠 WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a data- driven thinker who enjoys solving problems and working with teams:
Team player with a service- oriented attitude
Experience with MySQL, Python, and Google Big Query
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)
Bonus if you’ve used Google Data Studio
Curious mindset with a love for turning data into stories
