JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Development (80%)
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
Support product demonstrations and diligently follow up on outcomes.
Actively participate in community- building efforts to expand reach and engagement.
Conduct proactive sales outreach via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Email, Reddit, etc, to engage potential customers.
Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations.
Prepare sales & marketing materials
Compliance & Product Quality Assurance (20%)
Coordinate with teams to address quality- related issues and ensure continuous improvement
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for company products.
Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong listening and quick learning abilities.
Proficient English language skills (mandatory)
Plus: Having some experiences with design, video edit, or AI chatbots usage is a plus
Strong Computer literacy
Persistence and discipline in their work, open- minded, and possess a positive work attitude.
Proactive communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales Development (70%)
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring smooth handoffs to. The Sales team.
Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, and support our Account Executive at events).
Craft personalized outreach messages and sequences to engage with recruiting leaders.
Conduct research on target accounts and industries to support outreach strategies.
Follow up on leads to secure product demos.
2. Marketing & SEO Support (30%)
Support the Digital Marketing team with tasks such as:
Writing content such as blog posts & newsletters, social media posts
Optimizing SEO on the WordPress Platform and obtaining backlinks
REQUIREMENTS
Must- Haves:
Strong command of English (both written and spoken); able to craft clear, professional, and persuasive communication;
Persistence, resilience, and a strong work ethic;
Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Nice- to- Haves:
1- 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Development, lead generation, or a related role (SaaS or HR tech experience preferred);
Previous experience in lead outreach or pipeline- building activities;
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies in the North American market is a plus.
Highly organized, self- motivated, and proactive;
