You will:
Build and maintain qualified lead lists with clear notes and signals.
Support Sales/BD teams with research data for outbound outreach.
Track sales- relevant signals: hiring activities, company announcements, funding, partnerships, and decision- maker job changes.
Consolidate findings into daily market intelligence reports for Sales prospecting.
Proactively propose potential customer lists aligned with Varmeta’s ideal customer profile.
Update and manage lead and company data on the CRM system.
Research and identify target companies in Web3, Blockchain, Fintech, Gaming, and IT sectors (from existing lists or self- sourced).
Your Skills and Experience:
Good English communication skills; English certification is a plus.
Strong business sense; able to identify high- quality prospects.
Able to work independently with strong ownership.
Interest in B2B tech, Web3, Blockchain, or IT services is a plus.
Resilient, fast response, and able to work under time pressure.
Ability to work fast with large datasets while maintaining accuracy.
Comfortable handling repetitive research tasks in a focused working environment.
Willingness to learn and use AI agents and AI- powered tools for market research.
