JOB DESCRIPTION
Take part in team projects as assigned.
Work closely with team to proactively exchange information on the clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain business relationships with consultants and other internal departments to provide quality services in timely manner.
Supporting with sourcing candidate profiles.
Supporting with scheduling interviews between clients and candidates as appropriate.
Supporting with sending related information to Outsourcing Consultant in charge to offer candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive and self- driven.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Capable of maintaining high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
3rd or final year student from University majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after August 2026.
Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Detail- oriented and precise.
Strong multitasking abilities.
BENEFITS
Internship allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month
Accident Insurance.
Location: Horizon Tower- 40 Cat Linh, Dong Da District, Hanoi
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00).
