We are looking for 2 BDEs in Translation &Localization industry. Translation & Localization may not be a familiarsector. But you still can be a great fit if you can tick as many as possible ofthe following elements (in the order of priority):

Job Description
The
ideal candidate will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales
activities including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals. You
will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build and maintain strong
customer relationships, and represent our company in a professional manner.
Here are the key responsibilities of the role:
Build and maintain astrong sales pipeline.
Serve inbound leads,qualify their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
Generate new leadsthrough outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, andsocial media outreach.
Conduct sales calls toprospects and customers.
Provide salesforecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Develop and maintainlong- term relationships with customers to ensure client return rate.
Continuously updateand maintain customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
Cooperate with otherteam members for team planning, strategies and training.
REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 1 year of workingexperience in any field.
Possesses some key sales characteristics, including Coachability(the ability to absorb and apply coaching), Curious (the ability tounderstand a potential customer&039;s context through effective questioning andlistening) & Work ethic (proactively pursuing the company missionwith a high degree of energy and daily activity)
Previous experience as a sale in aservice business or IT outsourcing industry, SaaS, Technology sales is anadvantage; candidates without experiencewill be trained.
Experienceand comfort in working with global clients are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal &written) are a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate localization projects: assign tasks, resolve issues, support and supervise the production team (engineers, suppliers, vendor managers).
Analyze project requirements (volume, deadline, field of expertise, language pair, difficulty…) for turnaround time, resources and budget.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Manage glossaries, CAT tools and reference documents.
Liaise directly with existing customers for new projects
Follow up and coordinate quality, cost and schedule report/data within the project.
Manage project data: suppliers, cost, input and output files, etc.
Make decisions relating to project cost, quality, schedule and customer’s satisfaction.
Anticipate, avoid and mitigate risks.
Establish and maintain a fruitful relationship with the production team and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to apply feedback and improve performance.
Comfortably using English in everyday tasks.
Excellent logical thinking and problem- solving skills to effectively address project challenges.
