JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIESCollecting and organizing supplier information under the template and contracting senior’s guidelines.Posting, documenting the hardcopies of countersigned contracts.Contact suppliers to arrange meeting/ site inspection…Create and complete products & Hotel information databases.Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Technology and working with software/ web applications are plus.
Travel industry course and/or experience within travel industry is a preference.
Fluent in English language.
Be able to work full time.
Final year students or fresh graduate.
SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES

Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word.
