JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral.
Support the sales team in lead generation and outreach activities.
Support the sales and marketing team in any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Full- time internship and commitment to work for at least 6 months
Familiarity with social media, digital marketing tools and platforms.
Good English communication is a plus
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (NEU, FTU or RMIT students are a plus).
