JOB DESCRIPTION
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on our provided ICP
• Understand the needs of prospects and stimulate their interest in our products and services.
• Establish meaningful connections with prospects by answering their questions and providing them with relevant E- commerce content.
• Work closely with team members to provide consultation and close sales.
• Regularly update sales metrics and report daily activities to the team.
REQUIREMENTS
• Current enrollment or recent graduation from a degree in Business, Marketing, E- commerce, or a related field.
• Ideal candidates should have basic knowledge of the e- commerce industry.
• A self- starter with a willingness to learn and adapt. Being proactive and enthusiastic about developing a career in business development.
• Passionate about achieving sales growth and contributing to the company&039;s success.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are key are key for this role.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Social & Community Building:
• Cultivate, nurture, and monitor the company account in Shopify community. Develop and implement strategies to actively engage with community members.
• Assist in curating and planning social media posts for company&039;s social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing campaigns and product updates.
Growth Marketing:
• Assist in the development and execution of growth marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and funnel conversion optimization.
• Assist in conducting competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Analytics and Reporting (training included):
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated with a major in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields.
• Excellent English writing skills.
• Strong passion for digital marketing, social media, and community building.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
